Jayley is a well-established name within the fashion retail sector and a long-standing Visualsoft client. With a consistent and reliable affiliate programme in place, the brand had enjoyed steady performance over several years, delivering predictable returns and dependable revenue.

As Q4 approached, Jayley made a strategic decision to rethink its affiliate approach. The Golden Quarter represents the most competitive trading period of the year, and the brand wanted more than incremental gains.

The objective was clear:

 

  • Drive substantial revenue and order volume growth

     

  • Scale aggressively during peak trading

     

  • Maintain strong efficiency and elevate ROAS

 

This required a fundamental shift in how the affiliate channel was used, from a stable support channel to a leading revenue engine.

A duel-threaded approach to growth

To meet these goals, Visualsoft engineered a targeted, conversion-led strategy designed specifically for peak trading conditions.

 

The approach focused on two complementary levers:


Volume and efficiency driver
We onboarded and optimised a specialist conversion partner capable of scaling transaction volume rapidly. This partner was activated to dominate the busiest trading windows, driving high volumes while maintaining efficiency at scale.

High-value acquisition
Alongside this, we activated a secondary strategic partner focused on acquiring higher-value customers. This ensured that as order volume surged, average order value remained strong, protecting revenue quality while scaling.

By balancing volume with value, the affiliate programme was able to scale aggressively without compromising performance fundamentals.

The pivot delivered immediate and exceptional results. Compared with the previous year, Q4 performance surged across every key metric:

  • Revenue increased by 620% year-on-year

  • ROAS improved by 651% year-on-year

  • Order volume rose by 658% year-on-year
