Founded with a mission to make quality furniture accessible to everyone, Big Furniture Warehouse is a UK-based online retailer offering stylish affordable pieces for every room in the home. From bedroom essentials to garden furniture, their extensive product range combines value, quality, and convenience, earning them a loyal customer base across the country.

 

As the business grew, so did their digital ambitions. Having established a steady presence in email marketing, Big Furniture Warehouse wanted to push beyond their existing performance and better utilise their growing base of customer data to gain new opportunities for engagement and revenue.

Following a detailed analysis of their goals and data infrastructure, Klaviyo emerged as the ideal platform to support smarter segmentation, automation, and personalisation.
