After a year of strong growth and close collaboration, we’re proud to share that WALK London, in partnership with Visualsoft, has been shortlisted for not one, but two industry-leading awards. Recognising both the strength of the brand and the impact of our digital strategy:

These nominations are a real milestone for both teams - and a clear sign of what can be achieved when creative thinking, data-driven strategy and shared ambition come together.
Who are WALK London?
Founded in 2013 and still family-run today, WALK London is a second-generation footwear brand based in Putney. With a strong focus on blending traditional craftsmanship with modern style, they’ve built a loyal and growing customer base by keeping quality and consistency front and centre.
It’s that commitment to doing things properly (not chasing trends, but building a brand with substance) that’s earned them a spot on the shortlist for Independent Footwear Retailer of the Year. In a crowded market, WALK London stands out.
Why our partnership worked
In early 2023, WALK London teamed up with Visualsoft to take their eCommerce performance to the next level. The first step? Rebuilding the Shopify backend to speed things up and improve usability - without knocking conversions off course. A sleek design refresh followed, bringing the look and feel in line with their premium positioning.
But this wasn’t just about polish. Together, we refined their product strategy - doubling down on what works, including the launch of their Portugal collection with a smart, tiered pricing model to drive both accessibility and margin.
Meanwhile, our SEO team developed a full Brand Persona to guide tone of voice, creative and customer segmentation. This fed into a clear Strategy Roadmap covering everything from seasonal launches to paid media campaigns across Social, Search and more.
It’s this joined-up approach (and the results that followed) that earned us a spot on the shortlist.
The results that lead to the recognition
Here’s what WALK London achieved last year:
- 58% uplift in purchase revenue from Paid Social
- 84% boost in ROAS, driven by better creative and tighter budget handling
- 134% year-on-year growth in Paid Search revenue
- 74% over their full-year revenue target
These numbers helped land the award nominations, but more importantly, they show what can happen when there’s trust, a good plan, and everyone pulling in the same direction.
What's next?
With a clear commercial strategy and ambitious targets, WALK London is now aiming for 70% revenue growth in 2025. We’re proud to still be working side-by-side with them to make that happen.
