Visualsoft has officially become a Shopify Platinum Partner, building on our move to Premier status in April 2026.
It’s a milestone we’re proud to celebrate with our clients, partners and the people behind the work. It also marks the next chapter in our commitment to helping retailers connect their businesses through Shopify.
Over the past year, that commitment has taken shape through Shopify projects, new app capabilities, retail events and a dedicated space where brands can experience connected commerce for themselves.
Building on the work behind Premier
Our Shopify journey has always started with the challenges retailers need to solve. For some, that means moving to a platform that can support their next stage of growth. For others, it means giving store teams better access to stock and customer information, or making the journey from browsing to buying feel easier.
Our work with Fraegra, Neptune, CHO, Gola, Stuarts of London and many more helped the brands move to Shopify. With Market Cross Jewellers, we connected physical retail through Shopify POS. For SportsShoes.com, we integrated Shopify POS into their existing eCommerce environment to support the launch of its Shoreditch store.
These projects helped shape the story behind our Premier announcement. They also demonstrate the breadth of experience we continue to build on, bringing digital storefronts and physical retail closer together.
Giving retail innovation a London home
Our new Retail Innovation Store in Farringdon gives retailers a place to explore Shopify POS alongside experiences such as endless aisle, RFID stocktaking and smart fitting rooms.
Created with Shopify, LoyaltyLion, Swap and Triple Whale, the space shows how technology can connect across the customer journey.
For brands reviewing their next investment, it’s a chance to ask questions, try the technology and understand where it could make a practical difference before taking the next step.
Building more possibilities through VS Labs
Our app and technology arm, VS Labs, continues to develop tools around the realities of running a retail business.
Blueprint, for example, supports complex and personalised product configurations. Wysh connects wishlists across online and in-store experiences, and Impulse helps merchants introduce relevant upsell opportunities.
That work continues after launch. Recent Wysh developments include richer reporting, Shopify Flow connections with marketing and loyalty platforms, and an extension that lets merchants explore wishlist data through Shopify Sidekick.
For retailers, the value lies in making customer interest more useful: understanding what people are saving, connecting that activity with marketing and helping teams decide what to do next.
Taking Shopify into the conversation
At Retail Technology Show 2026, our interactive shop concept demonstrated connected retail in action. Alongside the show, we hosted a dinner with Shopify, Yotpo and Attentive, creating space for further conversations with the retail community.
Our Director of Innovation, Liam Quinn, also joined Inside Commerce to discuss the themes emerging from Shopify.dev 2026, including Sidekick, product data and the growing role of AI in commerce.
Then, in September, sync brought retailers and technology partners together in Manchester. Shopify’s Ben Homer explored how brands can prepare for purchasing in the AI era, while our live Shopify POS experience gave attendees the chance to explore connected retail first-hand.
These conversations help us bring fresh questions and practical ideas back to the businesses we work with.
What Platinum means for our clients
Platinum is the highest tier listed in Shopify’s Partner Programme, with partners progressing through the tiers based on performance.
For retailers considering Visualsoft, this status provides another point of reassurance when choosing a team to support their ambitions. For existing clients, it marks the continued development of the Shopify expertise available to them.
The practical value comes from how we apply that expertise. We bring strategy, development, POS, apps and marketing together to help retailers make informed decisions and carry them through into delivery.
That could mean planning a migration, improving an existing store or connecting customer experiences across more locations. The starting point is your business and what you need it to do next.
A huge thank you to our clients, our team, and our partners at Shopify for being part of this journey. If you’re exploring your next move with Shopify, we’d love to hear what you have in mind.
