Plenty has been happening behind the doors of our London Retail Innovation Store. Since opening in Farringdon, we’ve welcomed visitors from brands including LEGO, Nadine Merabi and many more to explore what connected retail could look like for their businesses.

We’ve also hosted an exclusive partner event to explore the space and share ideas, and welcomed the Shopify team to experience our space.

It’s what the store is all about: trying the technology, asking questions and exploring what could work for your business. And making that possible takes a brilliant group of partners.

Built together and seamlessly connected throughout

Our core partners, Shopify, LoyaltyLion, Swap and Triple Whale, bring expertise across commerce, loyalty, returns and measurement. Together, they help us demonstrate how physical stores can connect with the wider customer journey. Our wider technology partners bring specialist knowledge to the shop floor, each tackling a different retail challenge.

Meet the partners making it happen

  • Bikebook: service beyond the sale

A customer’s visit might start with a repair rather than a purchase. Bikebook’s Workshop platform brings that service journey into the store experience, showing how teams can organise bookings, track repairs and keep customers updated across cycling and other sectors, including jewellery.

  • REVIEWS.io: bringing customer voices into store

Imagine placing a product on our Magic Shelf and seeing content from customers who already own it. With REVIEWS.io, we’re exploring how reviews can support decisions on the shop floor, from shelf label displays to collecting feedback at checkout.

  • Dot Origin: connecting the person to the experience

Tapping a digital wallet pass helps connect a visitor to their journey around the store. Dot Origin supports loyalty activation and check-ins, while helping link likes and dislikes from virtual try-on experiences to that customer’s profile.

  • Star Micronics: the right print for the right space

At the checkout and around the store, Star Micronics provides printer technology in different sizes and formats. Retailers can explore how these pieces of hardware fit their layout, support tasks and complement the look of their space.

  • Easyteam: supporting the people behind the counter

Behind every store experience is the team delivering it. Easyteam adds staffing tools to Shopify POS, showing managers how to monitor sales performance and organise shifts, helping them plan the right cover for busy periods on the shop floor.

  • Avia by Retailogists: understanding more than footfall

As visitors move into the store, Avia helps us understand more than how many arrive. Its traffic and estimated demographic insights open up possibilities for tailoring digital messaging to the audience present, making the store experience more relevant.

Our VS Labs technology adds further possibilities, including an app that connects Shopify pricing with electronic shelf labels.
