Magic Madhouse is one of the UK’s largest online retailers of trading cards, board games and accessories.
With a large database of email subscribers, Magic Madhouse utilises loyalty points to drive repeat purchases. Visualsoft worked with Magic Madhouse to create a series of eight emails to encourage customers to return and utilise their loyalty points in order to make further purchases. Leveraging an integration between Klaviyo and Loyalty Lion, Visualsoft were able to achieve a 63% open rate, 5.8% click through rate and 7.2% conversion rate.
The campaign resulted in a 42% increase in purchase rates.
For their strategic approach and market leading utilisation of Klaviyo, the team were rewarded with 1st place at the ‘Klaviyo Klicks Awards’, in the ‘Loyalty-Focussed Flow’ category.
