Camille has provided a blend of classic quality and feminine lingerie and shapewear to women of all shapes and sizes for over two decades. The family owned business has grown to sell their products in 150 outlets throughout the UK and worldwide, with more than 25% of sales coming from overseas.
The client’s main goal was to rebrand and reposition the business at the higher end of the lingerie market, through a bespoke responsive website solution that focused on mobile conversions. Additionally, it was important for Camille to see increases in traffic to the site, newsletter sign ups and general brand awareness.
Camille previously struggled to position themselves due to their existing website design failing to truly reflect the product or market space they wished to occupy. As a consequence, the business was experiencing exceptionally slow growth and low return in revenue.
Preliminary information was gathered by our team at this stage to understand key client objectives and identify pain points with their existing solutions which would inform the project going forward. With approval from the client, our team of experts implemented the full Enterprise+ package, which included analysis of the business, with the development of an overarching marketing strategy utilising the PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Email & Social channels to provide solutions to any identified problems.
A comprehensive CRO audit was conducted on Camille’s existing website to collate all required data that would inform the website redesign and business strategies, including target markets and buyer behaviour. From this, our in-house design team produced a fully bespoke responsive web design with a refreshed branding, including a new logotype, font collection and colour palette. Three distinct journeys for separate target markets were created under the headings: ‘Fashion (18 to 34)’, ‘Comfort (35+)’ and ‘Luxury (35 to 45)” on the homepage, in addition to the integration of the business Instagram feed to increase social presence and interactivity on the site.
Once site designs were complete and signed off by the client, our team provided direction and delivery of new assets including model and product photography and videography, in addition to pricing and discount applications and product placement. From here, our digital marketing teams provided ongoing support to help the Camille brand grow online and launch a new ‘Active wear’ range.
