Regardless of your business location or sector, it’s likely you’ll be incredibly concerned about the impact of COVID-19 on your retail store. In a time of real confusion and uncertainty, we wanted to let you know that the team at Visualsoft are here to support you and your business, wherever we can.

With that in mind, we wanted to use our experience to offer a Merchant's Guide to COVID-19, filled with valuable and actionable information, to help through an unsettling time.

As a valued client, we wanted to share with you our efforts in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and reassure you that we are here to support you and your business.

The situation in relation to COVID-19 is continuing to develop and we appreciate that this may be placing challenges on the day-to-day operation of your business, as well as on yourself and your family.

Every aspect of Visualsoft, from our robust eCommerce platform, to our Service Delivery and Marketing teams, will be operating as normal.

Staff at Visualsoft have long had the ability to work flexibly and we are therefore confident that we can seamlessly transition to a remote working model as and when needed to maintain your service levels. All our staff are equipped with laptops and remote connectivity software and will be contactable as normal by email, phone or through our Support System.

The following information may be of use to you:

Your Technical Support team - Our Technical Support team will continue to be on hand during the normal hours 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. Your dedicated point of contact in Client Success - Our Client Success team will continue to be on hand to provide strategic advice, support and guidance. Your dedicated eCommerce Strategist/Account Manager will be on hand as usual. The team also has a group email address and contact number 01642 955 175.

Your dedicated Project Manager (Build + Integrations) - Your dedicated Project Manager and the wider Project Management team will continue to be available as normal to discuss your website build. You can contact the team directly by emailing or calling 01642 955176.

Your Online Marketing team - Our online marketing teams will continue to build, implement and manage your campaigns as normal. We strongly advise that you capitalise on the increasing ‘at home’ population; please get in touch with your eCommerce Strategist or Online Marketing team if you wish to discuss this further.

Just like you, we would love for everything to stay the same, however we feel it is sensible to make the following changes to ensure the continued safety of our staff, partners and yourselves.

Client Meetings - Where possible our staff will use online meeting facilities to protect themselves and our clients. If you do have a Face to Face meeting scheduled in with one of the Visualsoft team they will shortly be in touch to discuss video conferencing options.

Client Events - We are currently reviewing our client events calendar and we will provide further details in due course.

We will be monitoring developments closely and will provide relevant updates to this dedicated page.
