An on-site test trialling the removal of the pennies following the decimal on the category and product pages saw a 10% increase in conversion rate and a 12% increase in add to bag rate. While the prices were not altered in any way, the presentation of the price on the site had a huge impact on conversion rate within the luxury market as consumers were able to fluently process the cost, removing any minor hurdles in the purchase process.
