We're looking for Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Stockton-on-Tees.

To succeed in this role, will have experience in a similar role and have the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.

You will act as the primary point of contact between the client and Visualsoft during the entire project - working closely with all departments to bring together all the required skills and knowledge to deliver the project. From the initial handover with the Sales team, you will be responsible for liaising with the client to ensure all elements of the project are addressed.

We need real problem-solvers, so attention to detail, the ability to investigate, understand and resolve issues is essential. The Project Management department is highly collaborative so strong teamwork skills are a must.

What you’ll be doing:

As Project Manager, it is your responsibility to ensure that client projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the quality Visualsoft strives to achieve.

Main duties & responsibilities include:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service at all times to all clients within your portfolio.
  • Schedule and attend regular face-to-face meetings and conference calls with clients within your portfolio
  • Provide proactive, value-adding contact to all clients within your portfolio by telephone, at least once per week.
  • Work closely with all clients within your portfolio to fully understand their business, goals and objectives by fully immersing yourself in their business.
  • Understand your client and their pain points to confidently suggest appropriate solutions to their challenges.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the agreed specification.
  • Work with the client to ensure they complete their required actions within the timeframes given.
  • Keep track of project administration to ensure this is an up to date and true reflection of the project status.
  • Explain and guide the client through the different phases of the project.
  • Plan and schedule work with the various teams involved in the project to ensure that the project runs as smoothly as possible.
  • Always aim to resolve complex queries first time by liaising with the relevant departments to offer the most appropriate solutions to any problems that arise.

Key competencies for the role also include:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with an eCommerce or Customer Service background
  • Overall knowledge of project coordination with the ability to ask the right questions, challenge when required and make valuable suggestions that ensure innovation and success.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • A proven track record of achieving individual and team targets
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong workload management and prioritisation skills
  • Well presented, well-spoken, articulate and professional
  • Determined, driven and willing to learn
  • Supportive and ability to mentor others
  • Strong ability to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team.
  • Knowledge or appreciation of eCommerce
