What you’ll be doing:

As Brand Marketing Manager, the main duties & responsibilities are split into three key pillars:

Raising awareness of the Visualsoft parent brand

  • Develop brand strategies which will help to achieve our company vision, “Make Visualsoft famous”
  • Act as brand champion, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders understand and support the brand’s meaning, objectives and plans for achieving them.
  • Working in conjunction with the Data Analyst to ensure insights lead our business decisions. Identify growth opportunities and anticipate threats by maintaining a strong understanding of relevant market dynamics.
  • Work alongside the People Team to create and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy which ensures that Visualsoft is the candidates choice.

Responsible for delivering Visualsoft’s event strategy

  • The role is responsible for creating and implementing conferences, seminars, exhibitions and social events which raise the profile of VS to new & existing clients and partners plus potential employees.
  • For every event the Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating a comprehensive marketing campaign which includes pre, during and post event activity. Evaluation at the end of every event is also required to understand whether or not it has been successful.
  • Ownership of the internal and external communications strategy.
  • Initiate and generate internal and external comms, ensuring messaging is on brand and consistent.
  • Create high quality content such as thought leadership pieces, media releases, articles, newsletters and profiles which excite and educate our existing clients.
  • Manage the day to day relationship with our external PR Agency.
  • Work in conjunction with the People team you will be responsible for driving best practice and employee engagement across the organisation to ensure our colleagues understand and support Visualsoft’s strategy and values.
  • Responsible for the management and development of Visualsoft’s own social channels as well as Visualsoft’s brand websites.

Analysis and reporting

  • Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, content and marketing distribution channels.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly on campaign results, ROI and success metrics.
  • Use data from past activity to implement campaign improvements.

  • 3+ proven track record of developing successful cross channel B2B or B2C brand campaigns.
  • You need to be sharp, analytical, innovative, entrepreneurial and resourceful.
  • You are outgoing and creative, but also targeted and data driven.
  • An accomplished writer, verbal communicator and presenter.
  • You have great drive and strong work ethic, and are comfortable with taking responsibility.
  • Have event management experience.
