We’re currently looking for a Junior UI/UX Manager to expand our existing Product Team and help us support and grow our business. The role can be based from any of our UK offices in Stockton, Newcastle or Manchester. Remote working will also be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities: As a Junior UI/UX Manager, reporting to the Head of UI/UX, you will be responsible for the wider portfolio strategy. You will be focusing on one of our products (Consumer, Merchant, Digital Agency), and will work alongside the relevant Product Manager. **
You will lead the research, analysys, design, prototype and will champion optimised user experience from concept through to launch in accordance with company, product and UI/UX strategies and priorities. You will be expected to utilise and share your expert skills in the areas of innovation, ideation, concept design and visioning.
Knowledge & Experience required:
- A strong background of collecting research
- Prototyping and championing user experience for either B2B or B2C SaaS, ideally eCommerce
- Experience in designing & planning
- Experience of working within an Agile environment
- Using User Centred Design (UCD) & Atomic Design Principles
- Working with Adobe XD & Axure for UI & prototyping
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
