As Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll lead your team to produce high-quality marketing content across a range of channels with the intention of boosting awareness of the services we offer.

This position will play a critical role in planning and executing campaigns that further cement Visualsoft’s position and expertise within the eCommerce and Digital sectors, leading a small team to drive leads, run thought-leading events and create inspiring content that incites action.

You’ll ideally have past experience in B2B services, with a proven track record of driving new business through clever, captivating and useful marketing and creative.

Every week you’ll be responsible for putting out vast amounts of content, while also working on bigger-picture projects and factoring in the ad-hoc marketing needs of each of our business functions.

You’ll be obsessed with all things digital and understand how to engage customers through digital marketing. You’ll be super creative and think digital first, but are also a natural project manager who loves to maintain processes. You will lead by example and inspire teams to push boundaries, whilst always staying true to the VS brand.

What you’ll be doing.

You’ll work closely with our Chief Sales Director to align the brand with business performance and together share learnings to the wider teams to influence business strategy. Your mission is to help raise our brand profile with engaging, aspirational, pioneering content.


Main responsibilities:

  • Developing the content calendar, based on the needs of our community and the priorities of our businesses
  • Lead and elevate the digital content strategy to enhance the omni channel experience and online Brand presence. Be the key leader in bringing relevant areas of the business to drive this strategy.
  • An expert on our brand you will be responsible for educating our internal teams to and ensure they understand the brand DNA fully
  • Overall responsibility of Brand guidelines and all internal brand collateral
  • Ownership of all customer communication and content whether online or offline
  • Overall responsibility for our social presence and social content strategy in all platforms and markets
  • Responsible for producing B2B campaigns
  • Producing sales materials which echo the brand strategy and voice.
  • Manage the brand team to meet business objectives.Work in partnership with senior managers on the company’s wider business strategy.
  • Creative campaigns from idea to execution
  • Manage the sales promotions schedule across the portfolio.
  • Manage PR relations with local and regional media.
  • Budget management and evaluation.

The Ideal Candidate.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional, with at least 5+ years’ experience in B2B, retail or consumer brands, ideally. You’ll be a born leader and a natural at managing people and juggling priorities. You’ll appreciate the fast-paced nature of digital and take a calm, considered approach to challenges. You’ll be able to build relationships at all levels; both internal and external and can demonstrate the ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally.
