TJ Hughes is a family-run discount department store chain specialising in goods ranging from home and fashion, to cosmetics and electrical goods. The retailer provides savvy shoppers with top brands at affordable and competitive prices.

The Objective

TJ Hughes’ main objective was to strengthen their position online and develop an effective online marketing strategy to boost performance. They hoped to bring their website up to date and increase conversion rates through migrating from the Magento to the Visualsoft platform, and improve the look and functionality through a complete reconstruction of the site.
