Shoetique is one of the UK’s premier footwear retailers. With over 30 years experience it works with household brands including FitFlop, Gabor and Joules.

The Objective

Through its email marketing campaigns, Shoetique aims to generate a high level of conversions by adopting a focused and measured approach. While brand awareness is important its primary objective is to significantly increase revenue via email.

The Approach

A flexible strategy was essential to help Shoetique adapt and measure the effectiveness of its campaigns. So, A/B Testing has been crucial whether to simply test the impact of the subject line or use of imagery, and has provided detailed analytics that have shaped the success of future campaigns.

From the outset we segmented the subscriber database to reflect customer buying behaviours, enabling Shoetique to launch highly-targeted email campaigns which improve conversion rates and brand engagement.

We conducted research into events, holidays and key dates before creating email campaigns designed to generate enhanced engagement and ultimately convert sales. Another key element was to focus on basket recovery and we developed a strategy to recover potential lost revenue via triggered emails.
