Franticelix is a small company based in Herefordshire run by a family with a strong passion for the outdoors. They started trading with the aim of providing good quality products at good value prices.

The Objective

Franticelix wanted to become more competitive within their sector and increase conversions, by offering customers an online store that delivers an outstanding user experience. They were also looking to expand their reach by selling on key marketplaces including Amazon.

The Approach

With an ever-increasing number of the retailer's customers choosing to visit its store via mobile devices, we knew that a strong mobile strategy would be crucial to the future success of Franticelix. Working with our CRO team and eCommerce strategists, we identified some of the key problems with the solution the client was using when they approached us, and proposed a responsive store redesign. Our responsive wireframes have been developed to offer a premium experience to customers, and satisfy Google's speed and usability preferences. The resulting online store, launched early 2016, scales seamlessly across all devices and has helped the business achieve significant growth - its conversation rate and revenue have increased by 51% and 274% respectively.

The guys at Visualsoft have been fantastic for Franticelix. I am over the moon with how the site works and performs across all platforms. Since going responsive we have seen a massive uplift in mobile/tablet conversions so, the way I see it, the responsive re-design has now paid for itself!
