Highly commended retailer of premium lifestyle & fashion brands Country House Outdoor are a fashion and lifestyle brand offering an outstanding range of lifestyle clothing, footwear and accessories from premium brands such as Joules, Barbour, and Dubarry.

The Objective

As an established UK Independent retailer, with a rich history in both online and bricks and mortar business, Country House Outdoor approached us to help expand their brand reach, whilst maintaining strong return on investment. The Country House Outdoor Team needed support in terms of their growth plans, aiming to expand into new markets and channels.

The Approach

Through a consultative process, we worked to realise the potential in the Country House Outdoor brand by introducing their product portfolio to new Global territories. As well as looking after their established Amazon business, we also looked to expose their products to a wider audience through eBay and Fruugo in Europe. We worked closely with the team at Country House to optimise and refine their product data, ensuring that listing translated content internationally was a fluid and seamless process.

Partnerships are vital to any E-Commerce success and VisualSoft have been pivotal in giving the support and guidance to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. With this support from the VisualSoft business growth team we have seen an increase in revenue this year of over 40% while decreasing the cost of sale significantly.
