Specialising in streetwear, Superstar is a new concept store in Middlesbrough. Since opening in March 2007 it is quickly gaining a reputation as being a cool alternative to the larger designer clothing stores.
Owner and founder Dean Walker has had a 13-year career in retail. Formerly Head of Buying for the award winning independent department store Psyche, a role which took him to some of the worlds coolest cities including Milan, Paris, Berlin & New York. Dean realised that his desire was to open a store that embraced not only street wear but the whole culture that goes with it.
