We wanted a web company that could offer us the full package. We had a limited understanding of the internet, all we knew that its where our customers were looking so we needed to be there! We knew that if we were going to succeed online we needed a catchy website that came top of the search results when people were looking online.

We came to Visualsoft as a small tuning company with no brand (we didn’t even have a company name!). Our only form of advertising was a small advert in the local paper saying that we did mobile tuning.

We knew within minutes of talking to Visualsoft that we had come to the right place. It was almost as if they new our business better than we did. They had an excellent understanding of what was needed and what our customers would be looking for. Tim said to leave it in his hands and he would get back to us later that week. Within a week Tim had came up with a name for our company, and domain name and had a full idea of what the brand and company was going to be. We were amazed with what they showed us and loved the “Super Tuning” brand they had created; it was perfect for our business. Visualsoft also came up with an excellent marketing strategy which meant we would be top of Google for 1000’s of keywords relating to our business, and we didn’t have to lift a finger! They even contacted our supplier and imported all of the car data for us (which would have took us months to do!).

The impact the website has had on our business can only be described as phenomenal. Working with Visualsoft has has completely transformed our business, it makes us look like a national (or even international) company. Looking at our website you would never know just how small our company is and we now appear as leaders in our field. We rank top of Google’s natural results for almost any search relating to car remaps or tuning. We get hundreds of enquiries every week from all over the UK. More than enough were coming from the North East region which was keeping us very busy, but one of the biggest problems for us was servicing clients outside the region. We mentioned this to Visualsoft and had a meeting to discuss this problem; and they had already planned for this happening! They suggested that we have several options now that we rank top nationally but only have local coverage. We could either pass the excess enquiries on to other tuning companies across the UK (for a referral fee) or even better look at franchising opportunities to help grow the Super Tuning brand. We are currently in the process of looking further into franchising and this has only been possible with thanks to the ongoing support and guidance from Visualsoft.
