When looking for a company to build us a website we wanted someone who had lots of knowledge and experience of ecommerce and were professional with a strong portfolio. Visualsoft appealed to us because they had an amazing portfolio, professional approach, honesty, good ideas, enthusiasm and we knew the site would be built with SEO in mind.

When we looked at their website our initial thoughts were, Yes, very impressed – especially the portfolio. Upon contacting them we found Tim to be very honest, professional and knowledgeable about ecommerce & retail in general.

We had a previous website but to be blunt; it was designed by a crowd of idiots! The website they had designed was hard to work with & we had absolutely no control over it! The main reasons for wanting a new website were:

1. Old website was hard to navigate

2. Hard to use – not user friendly

3. Badly designed

4. No control over it

5. Bad attitude of company

6. Badly set up for SEO

7. Broken links on page

8. We have a PR company & the old site was not boding well on us in terms of PR

We knew how important a website is to any designer clothing retailer and our old website was letting us down, the old website was not a good reflection of our company.

Thanks to Visualsoft we now have an amazing new website, that has completely changed our brand identity. We are a lot happier with visualsoft than our previous web company and very excited about the future. We will continue to work with visualsoft; and involve them in all of our new promotions, new brand launches etc.
