I heard about you via the Google search engine, You were top, I thought that you must have designed it so that you were top, so you could try to get us to the top of Google also, by using the same technique for your own site. I spoke to another web design company; however they did not sound as professional as Visualsoft. When I was discussing what my requirements were, they did not sound as experienced as Visualsoft.

Prior to the meeting with Visualsoft we looked at several websites which they had designed for other retailers and this helped sway our decision. During the meeting I felt the team were very open and honest and could see exactly what we wanted, they asked the right questions that were relevant to us, they we very interested in our business and asked many questions to gain a more in depth knowledge of our Company and our target market.

We had a very basic website and were looking to expand as a Company, for this reason we required two corporate looking sites to suit different customer types. We are looking to expand our customer base and felt the internet was the way forward.

I believe the new website will have a huge impact on the Company; we now have a brand to be proud of. We are hoping the websites will attract new customers. Customers will be able to see the professionalism in the site; this will hopefully sway people into using our services instead of our competitors. Hopefully if the website is as successful as we would like it to be, the income generated from the websites will enable us to open a flooring shop in the area.

I feel the team are excellent at what they do and the way in which they work, I like the idea of working with one person, that way they can sort everything out for you and you don’t have to remember everyone’s name or worry about who to contact. The service that I have received has been very efficient and emails have always been answered the same day.

I would recommend Visualsoft and already have.
