Product filters allow shoppers to eCommerce sites a speedy way of finding the product(s) that they are looking for. Filters can be used for different fields including price brands, manufacturer/brands and size. The filters work by letting the user choose from a drop down box to filter the products that are displayed.
An example would be to limit the products to ones between £25 and £50. This could reduce the number of products from 200 down to a page of 8.
This enhances the shopping experience for the customer and lets them find the product they are looking for within as few clicks as possible.
