Many websites allow the customer to buy a product and personalise it with for example their name. When these products are chosen through the websites, we at Visualsoft have developed bespoke programming code to process these personalised products as normal orders.
The orders are then added into the order management system and treated as other orders would be. The full order details are listed in the system, including the product type, any variant and also the personalised details. This saves valuable staff time and resources in processing each order and gives confidence to the user that the website has taken their order successfully.
Each type of website application differs in the way that it needs to operate to handle personalisation. However we at Visualsoft have worked with many different companies and websites wanting to offer this type of service.
