We had used other web companies in the past and were very sceptical about their claims. Visualsoft were recommended to us so we went along to meet you. On our first meeting I was very struck by your straight forwardness.  Other companies were all 'design' and 'style' (please don't take this the wrong way) and you were very clear and easy to understand. I was also very impressed by your online marketing knowledge and the fact that you actually ran your own websites, i.e did it and didn't just talk about it.

We had investment into the business and had changed it from the days of the old website.  We needed something new to represent our change of direction – an online store. We knew that to sell anything now – company, product, idea – you have to have a good web presence.  It's the first place anyone looks who wants to know a bit more about you.  You don't look professional without a good website. we wanted to sell online and are still in the very early stages.  I still see this developing into a major part of our business.

Our new website has had a positive impact, people really like it. I get lots of comments about it all the time. Once it really begins to work for us it's going to be very important. It helps to sell the brand. For us it will become a very important representation of our brand online.
