IQ Management Systems (IQMS) was established in 1990, based in Sunderland delivering consultancy services, management systems training and auditor training courses across the North East. Since then IQMS have expanded to deliver public and in house management systems training courses in other regions of the UK including; North West, South East and Scotland.
Overseas expansion has seen their training courses delivered as both public training courses and in house training courses in Greece, Turkey, Saudi Arabia,Oman, Korea, China, Malaysia and Indonesia.
IQMS Says
We wanted an organisation that understood the needs of a business to sell through the website, not just one that looked nice. We had a website already but wanted a new look and to have the website more search engine friendly. We also wanted an integrated approach, i.e. SEO and Google PPC. We did speak to other providers and had used others previously. We chose Visualsoft because of their proven track record, friendly approach and understanding of our business needs.
The new site has had a positive impact and people often comment on how user friendly the site is. We have attracted new customers, been able to enter new geographic regions and have attracted new business opportunities from overseas. It allows us to market our services to potential customers on the same basis as much larger organisations. We plan to continue to expand the business in the UK and overseas, and continually develop our website and online marketing activities.
