Visualsoft Web design were recommended to me as a highly capable and professional company for web design. Word of mouth is a fabulous confidence boosting way to engage a highly professional company like Visualsoft. I looked at the old Visualsoft website and was told not to worry that the Visualsoft website had not been updated often – it was because they were so busy looking after clients they didn’t get chance to change it! It actually gave me more confidence to know how busy they were. The main thing I was looking for in a web company was professionalism. An issue with content management from a previous website certainly helped me when I decided to go with Visualsoft.

I immediately set up a meeting to discuss options for providing a space for me to market my work on the internet. I wanted to put my most professional foot forward and project the right web presence. I did have a site but not one I could alter myself so it was really great to meet Visualsoft, they were brilliant - really friendly and helpful. Visualsoft are faultless in their after care and client support. Even the smallest of questions or queries are followed up patiently and with care.

I had a lot of ideas of what I would need and didn’t know how it would all fit together it was obvious I needed help to realise my ideas. We had a lot of meetings to discuss the options available to me including speaking to designers, programmers and SEO specialists. They (very) patiently guided me through the different options & processes and we settled on my current website which has selling capabilities but above all was an excellent showcase for my work. Once we had a thorough plan we applied to Catalyst for funding successfully and immediately started work on the website which was exciting.

I had only had my website live for 3-4 days when I had my first sale from it and the number of compliments and fantastic feedback I have had is testament to the professional job. My whole professional practice has been elevated to a new level in terms of my website, online presence and confidence. I have received phenomenal feedback from my colleagues and clients. I have already recommended Visualsoft to many other people.

The website allows me to interact globally more easily and is facilitating my move to Australian and Asian markets with my work. I have a few bits up my sleeve for next year but right now I am preparing for a residency and exhibition in Kuala Lumpur which has been made all the more easy by having an easy to manage excellent on line portfolio. Huge thanks to Visualsoft.

Finally, I would like to say that I think your customer care (not service) is excellent, and even though I feel bad for pestering at times everyone is brilliantly helpful!! I always feel like nothing is too much bother, which after past experience is like a tonne of bricks being lifted off my shoulders.
