Fanatic Sport and Leisure are the UK's premier rowing clothing retailer, specialising in performance and casual wear for rowers.
The new, improved website was launched in June 2007, to make the online shopping experience straightforward but fun. The new site includes Regatta Sport’s ‘Garment Generator’ where you design your team kit, and has an improved Redhead ‘Design Studio’ where you can choose an item of clothing and apply your favourite Redhead rowing clothing designs.

I had a website already but it was not generating enough traffic/sales, it also did not look professional enough and there wasn't enough support from my previous web company. Some of my competition had developed new sites which looked more ‘up-to-date’ and I knew our site needed better marketing and a more professional look. The 3 main things I wanted from a web company were:
1. Someone who understood the business I was in
2. Importance of making the business look bigger and professional
3. Consideration of on going and further development
visualsoft appealed to me because they came recommended by Business Link, they had a good portfolio of other websites and they listened to what I wanted - and suggested other ideas that would work better.
I am proud of the new website and have confidence to point people to it. We get positive feedback from customers who think that we are a large company after viewing the new site.
