It’s been an exciting few months for the team here at Visualsoft, with two client conferences held in Newcastle and London in July and October. Last week saw the final London Leg of the event take place, and as hoped it was a huge success for everyone involved.
The concluding event in 2014 follows the success of the five mini workshops which were held around the country in 2011, a large scale event which took place at the NEC in 2012, and another full day conference in July 2014. The event, which we called ‘VSComCon’ has given the whole team at Visualsoft a valuable insight into our clients way of working, as well as helped them learn how to get the best from their eCommerce websites.
The two days collectively included workshops and discussion on topics including Affiliate Management for SMEs, Best practice eCommerce for Levelling Up, Conversion Optimisation, Delivery and Fulfilment and Multi Channel eCommerce.
This year’s events have proven to be invaluable to our clients, and also helped the team at Visualsoft gain an understanding of our clients needs, giving us the chance to head back to the office with many ideas of how to constantly improve our services. The feedback from both events has been overwhelming, and as a result we’re already making plans for 2015 in terms of events, R&D and ways to improve our client comms.
