Almost 12 months ago we took a huge leap of faith by introducing a number of new employee benefits, including unlimited paid holidays, flexible working conditions, and free breakfasts for our amazing team. For us, it was a really positive move which cemented our reputation as one of the most innovative employers in the digital industry and also allowed us to deliver a much more comprehensive range of services to our clients than ever before. However, our current work space didn’t quite compliment our new way of working – we’ve learned something about what makes an office space great since introducing these benefits, we just needed somewhere to put them into practice!
Earlier this year, we secured our new Headquarters in the heart of our home town – Stockton On Tees. Straight away we knew we wanted to do something bold with our new home, and after months of planning we’ve finally started work on what’s shaping up to be a great place to work!
Following in the footsteps of Google and other tech giants in our industry, our vision is to create a campus style digital hub, where employees, clients and like-minded businesses can drop by and utilise the space to it’s best. It’s something that you wouldn’t expect to find in the middle of a small town in the North East, but then again, we want to be different and we’re almost certain that our new office will lead to an even better way of working!
Most importantly, our new space has been designed to attract and retain the very best brains in eCommerce to benefit the brands and retailers we work with.

Of course, this project is about much more than just office space – it’s about doing more with the local community as well, and also providing a helping hand to those who need it. We’re already exploring the second phase of the redevelopment project which will take place on the top floor of the building, where we hope to house a training room for local schools and colleges to use, a photography studio for our clients and even a slide – just for fun!
We’re looking forward to working with the team at Dale Office Interiors on our new office interior – watch this space for many more updates on the redevelopment of Visualsoft House!
