Privately owned fashion retailer House of Fraser has today issued it's long term growth strategy, which includes heavy investment in it's eCommerce website following growth of more than 107% in just the first half of the company's financial year!

Figures have shown that last month eCommerce sales 
increased by a whopping 18% when compared to the same period in 2011.
The Office for National Statistics released the figures this week, which recorded average weekly internet sales in April to be £489.0 million. As well as an increase on last year's figures, April was also up on the previous month when an average of £485.4m was spent each week. Online sales accounted for 8.5% of all retail sales in the month.

Reports have shown that UK sales via mobile devices have grown from 0.4% of total e-retail sales to 5.3% in just two short years.
