Online customers found to be more loyal
According to recent research published by Unilever, eCommerce customers are up to 15% more brand loyal than high street customers.
Speaking at the IGD Online Grocery Retailing conference last week, Unilever’s eCommerce director Andy Houghton stated that people who buy goods via eCommerce websites are much more likely to remain loyal to their most regularly accessed retailer.

Wickes downsizing store space as eCommerce sales soar
store Wickes has revealed it is planning to reduce its bricks store floor space by almost a third as its online trading has increased by a massive 70%.
