The team of 10 are based across our Head Office in Stockton-on-Tees and our Newcastle office, and focus helping our clients boost sales and grow their business through multiple-channel markets, including eBay and Amazon. Our experts work to build new features that aim to make the listing process easier, whilst improving rate of sales.
The team also provide guidance on optimising product listings to maximise product visibility and help clients connect with additional marketplaces, to generate greater customer reach. Visualsoft work with a variety of global partners, and are happy to introduce our clients to new markets and opportunities.
The Visualsoft multichannel functionalities allow our clients to fulfil orders, track inventory, manage multiple stock locations, and even deal with store designs – having everything they need to manage their multi-channel markets directly on our platform.

We recently introduced Fruugo to our channel offering which is now helping over 50 clients sell their products to international customers.
