“Selecting a web-design company was a completely new field for us; therefore we were entering into the unknown to a certain degree. Visualsoft were the only company to sit down and offer advice and ask exactly what we wanted, rather than telling us what we could have. It became apparent that many companies were offering a site which was template based, which we soon realised wasn’t for us as it lacked flexibility and professionalism. Being a web-based company, we needed to ensure that our website was fully ‘search engine friendly’ again Visualsoft delivered on this. The website also needed to be fully integrated with e-commerce capabilities and have full security features. We also were clear that we wanted a system where our customers paid for the goods ‘on site’ and not taken away to a separate ‘payment gateway’.
Initially we looked at the Visualsoft website, and were impressed with the portfolio of clients and their quality of work. It also became apparent once meeting them the service they could provide us with. Another key factor was the fact that Visualsoft were also to provide us with designing a company logo and the development of a new brand identity. Visualsoft helped create a brand identity and design an eye-catching logo. We are approaching our first full year of trading and have been amazed how quickly our brand has grown in that period. We have also been amazed just how quickly the company has grown, we now employ a part-time member of staff and have warehouse facilities.
