D2E Funding aims to support local businesses and SMEs in developing sites that allows them to trade online.

The D2E project is led by Darlington Council and is supported by Business Link. It is also supported by the BAT (British American Tobacco) legacy fund which was provided by the company on its withdrawal from Darlington.
