Due to our continued expansion and rapidly growing client portfolio, we're on the lookout for a previous ecommerce manager or a candidate with similar experience to join our Conversion Rate Optimisation team. Full training will be given for the right candidate but an enthusiastic and good understanding of web analytics would be beneficial. This role will form part of the conversion rate optimisation team within the online marketing department and will involve working as part of a team and on your own projects. As Conversion Analyst you will be responsible for analysing current website performance from design, technical and usability aspects and then liaising with the Senior Conversion Analyst on what changes are needed to make informed improvements. This role will be expertise and data driven to reach the end goal of increasing statistics for a wide range of clients.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
• Analyse websites using data and statistics to make informed decisions
• Create conversion rate optimisation audits for clients
• Provide precise and clear reporting to explain results
• Implement research and findings with guidance from the Senior Conversion Analyst
• Use AB, multivariate and other testing methods to test and prove implemented strategies
• Support other team members with workload
• Work with multiple teams across the company to standardise key findings
• Plan and prioritise work accordingly, meeting set deadlines

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in web or ecommerce industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation skills
• Technical knowledge or understanding
• Enthusiasm and a will to succeed
