As Admin Trainer you are responsible for developing and delivering learning material for our clients and to Visualsoft staff. You will work with Visualsoft clients to educate them on the admin system and develop their skills to a point where they are confident managing and running their website.

As the Visualsoft platform follows a modular structure you will need to ensure that training is bespoke to the client and covers the features selected in their proposal. As an apprentice within the affiliate marketing team here at Visualsoft you will report directly to the Affiliate Manager. You will be provided with full training over the course of your apprenticeship (no prior knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry is required) with the goal of developing your knowledge and skills in the industry to a level where you are competent.

Your role within the affiliate marketing team will be to support other members of the team in their work and strategy. This may include working on reports and analysis of data, administrative tasks and/or completing tasks designed to develop your knowledge and skills.

Email Assistant (Apprentice)

Reporting directly to the Email Manager your job role is to assist with duties such as the creation/updating of email plans and seasonal ideas, specific recommendations, submitting email designs internally and setting up/testing emails, follow all processes and procedures and ensure all tasks are completed within a set timescale. The Apprenticeship scheme is a 12 month fixed term contract and during those 12 months, the successful candidate will be required to complete an NVQ in Business Administration, Customer Service or IT. The contract will be reviewed at the end of those 12 months. You may not be eligible for the Apprenticeship scheme if you have a higher level qualification such as a Degree.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
• Follow processes correctly including tasks within the Visualsoft intranet
• Communicate effectively with the OLM and Marketing Design team
• Day to day tasks will be structured to aid advancement, preparing for managing own clients.
• Provide great attention to detail while briefing in and scheduling email designs on behalf of the Email Manager
• Assist the Email Manager with the creation of email plans by industry/sector/season
• Keep internal spreadsheets up to date with design ticket numbers
• Brief in and schedule email designs on behalf of the Email Manager
• Assist on setting up and testing emails. Communicating back to the OLM team once set up and tested.
