To manage the SEO team which is responsible for analysing and completing SEO work for marketing clients with the purpose of delivering results. Advise on Visualsoft SEO process and procedures as well as make SEO recommendations for the Visualsoft platform.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
• Responsible for the work methods of both the content team and links team, ensuring they are all best practice for SEO
• Responsible for the results of the SEO team work for marketing clients
• Research new SEO developments and communicate this throughout the SEO team and rest of the business when applicable
• Train the SEO team on best practice SEO
• Complete the work for SEO marketing clients on a monthly basis
• Research new pieces of software to improve efficiency of SEO team
• Responsible for the communication between the SEO team and the marketing Account Management team
• Co-ordinate the development and roll out of developments to help the SEO of Visualsoft clients

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Expert Knowledge of SEO
• Expert knowledge of CMS platforms
• Expert knowledge of online Google tools
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Understanding of how websites work
• Have previously worked on SEO for multiple websites at the same time
