Account Management

Our Account Management department is responsible for the ongoing management and support of our client portfolio, and as such liaises on a daily basis with many of the online retailers we work with. As well as responding to queries, the department also pro-actively informs clients of new features and services we can offer, and project manages requests for new developments.

Due to our continued expansion we are looking for a Client Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Account Management of a portfolio of clients.

Key performance indicators that you will be measured on include:
• Knowledge of and relationship with clients

You will need to build strong relationships with clients on various levels as well as acquire thorough knowledge about their business. You will need to present technical solutions to non-technical people as well as developers.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of clients, keeping all client information current and relevant
• Build strong and positive relationships with clients
• Be polite, professional and positive at all times
• Be available to take phone calls and emails throughout the day, ensuring you reply in a prompt manner to any missed requests
• Arrange face to face meetings with clients on a regular basis, be prepared to travel where needed.
• Be knowledgeable on all the Services/Features Visualsoft offer, ensuring you keep up to date with on going developments within the company
• Actively play a part in bringing in new business by being proactive with clients and advising on new features/products that would benefit their business.
• Take ownership of all client requests and internal tasks assigned to you
• Help to project manage any jobs going through for clients within your portfolio, communication being a priority
• Advise on any technical queries clients may have, logging any bugs/feature requests where necessary
• Manage clients expectations on costs and time frames in a professional manner
• Ensure client’s support tickets are resolved in a reasonable time scale
• Build strong relationships with co workers across all teams
• Be prepared to help out with co workers clients in times of absence or holiday
• Be confident in handling complaints knowing when to escalate to management level

As Project Coordinator you will work closely with all departments within Visualsoft to bring together all the required skills and knowledge to deliver the project. From the initial handover with the Business Development team you will be responsible for liaising with the client to ensure the following elements of the project are addressed: - Explaining and guiding the client through the ‘go live’ process - Working with the client to establish and gather the information required from them in order to complete the project - Updating the clients project file on the intranet to ensure it is an up to date and true reflection of the projects status - Planning and scheduling work with the various teams involved in the project to ensure that the project runs as smoothly as possible - Working with the client to ensure they complete their required actions within the timeframes given

Our Project Management department oversees the production of new online stores, co-ordinates work with our production teams to help turn project proposals into live sites, and liaises with our clients throughout the entire process.
