We are looking for a Senior Online Marketing Account Manager to join our award winning company. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, multi-disciplined company, established in 1998. Supporting Account Managers on all clients, you will drive the Ecommerce Marketing Strategy.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
• Weekly reporting of department's key statistics to Company Directors and Managers.
• Drive strategy and planning through Relationship Manager level to Account Management, ensuring the latest techniques and best practice guidelines are being considered.
• Identifying new processes/procedures within the Account Management Team to further streamline day-to-day account management.
• Coordination of marketing clients across the Account Management Team, as well as dealing with escalated client issues, or requested changes to service level.
• Analysis of daily/weekly/monthly client activity with the ability to identify possible issues and provide educated solutions.
• Work closely with designers and technical teams to coordinate the completion of work to deadline, project manage new developments and ensuring the efficiency of the process.
• Enforcing department's procedures across the Account Management Team, through use of both internal and external systems.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• As a minimum requirement you will need 2 years experience within an digital agency environment
• Excellent organisational skills are essential, and the ability to teach these skills to others.
• Good knowledge across the following channels; PPC management, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social media. Experience using Google Adwords would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients
• Experience of using Google Analytics and website administration.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable)
• Google Analytcis Individual Qualification

Personal Attributes
• Experience in supporting and managing a small team of Account Managers
