We found Visualsoft after looking on the net for local web designers. We were looking for a CMS system, a local professional provider and a company with an excellent client base. We did speak to other providers but we were impressed by the way Visualsoft conducted the pitch on the screen. We chose Visualsoft because of their knowledge and ideas, credibility and reliability. Visualsoft's overall image and approach was impressionable and professional. I Think the new Visualsoft website is fantastic and in a different league to the original one.
The website as an essential business tool to Baker Mallett. Our old website wasn’t CMS and it was very dated, with lots of mistakes and irrelevant information. The old website gave off a very unprofessional image and had that “don’t care” attitude. So it was essential for us to develop a new website.
Our new website has been live now for almost a year and it is has been very well accepted both internally and externally. It has definitely had a positive impact on our business. Not sure if any new clients have been created purely from the website but I am positive that it has encouraged people to contact us more so than before. The recent feedback has been very positive.
The new site has given us a new, clean image with up to date and relevant information and an easy method of updating information via the CMS. It shows that Baker Mallett is happy to promote its services via the internet and the website is now promoted on all of our publicity information whereas before we were embarrassed by our web material. It also allows us to compete with major organisations in the same sector, we are able to offer our services via the website that the larger companies offer.
