We heard about Visualsoft Via Mesh Marketing, we were particularly looking for someone who could understand how Search Engine Optimisation worked to avoid spending thousands no Google Adwords or similar. Visualsoft were recommended to us by Mesh Marketing and we got in touch.

We already had an e-commerce site running but it had but falling traffic. We only talked to Visualsoft about its upgrading as traffic had diminished since its launch in 2003. The old site was designed nearly 10 years ago and had been virtually unchanged since 2003. To combat the falling traffic we knew we needed to freshen up the image of our company. We thought the majority of our competitors looked very poor and we wanted to look a lot better.

Visualsoft appealed to us because of their experience with SEO and numerous examples of business transformation that had occurred as a result of Visualsoft’s sites. Also because they had similar sites in the online footwear market.

The new website is a big improvement from an image point of view and admin simplicity, a big step forward. It has allowed us to move into different submarket sectors – before we really only sold “sexy” stuff but now we sell across the whole range of products, It has been very varied. A lot of our customers get the impression we’re very large due to the quality of the site. They are more demanding however, because they think we are bigger. The sales have recovered from where they were towards the top end of the best performing months of the old site.

We are certainly very pleased with the results so far and Visualsoft have been fine to deal with. We have already recommended Visualsoft to other organisations.
